How does the service work?
We visit weekly to scoop your yard. We bag the waste, and you can choose haul-away service if you would like us to take it with us.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can safely access your yard, you do not need to be home for service.
Do you enter fenced yards?
Yes. Please make sure the gate is unlocked and accessible on your service day.
What happens if my dog is outside?
For everyone’s safety, please bring your dog inside or make sure your yard can be safely serviced.
What happens in bad weather?
We work in most weather. If conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule service as soon as we can.
Is there a contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts.
How does billing and cancellation work?
Your monthly amount is shown before checkout. There are no long-term contracts; contact us if you need to change or cancel service.
What happens if I cancel in the middle of the month?
You can cancel anytime. Your service will remain active through the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
