These Terms of Service govern weekly dog waste removal services provided by Scoop & Clear. By requesting, scheduling, or purchasing service, you agree to these terms.

Service access and safety

Please provide safe, unobstructed access to the agreed service area on the scheduled service day. Gates must be unlocked and pets must be secured or otherwise allow safe access. We may skip or reschedule service when access or conditions are unsafe.

Weather and service changes

We work in most weather conditions. Severe weather, unsafe ground conditions, or other circumstances outside our control may require a service delay or reschedule.

Billing

Service is billed monthly through the payment method provided at checkout. The applicable price and any first-month offer are shown before you complete checkout. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.

Cancellation

There are no long-term contracts. To change or cancel service, contact Scoop & Clear before your next scheduled billing period so we can update your service.

Limitation of responsibility

Scoop & Clear is not responsible for pre-existing yard conditions, unsecured pets, inaccessible service areas, or delays caused by unsafe conditions or events outside our reasonable control.
